I don't know why I'm posting that, I just thought it sounded dramatic. That's all I have time to post now, but make sure to come back later because I'm going to tell you about something new to the blog I'd like to try out.
Thanks to my friend Manawara (sorry if I didn't spell your name right) I got the idea to be kind of a fashion blog and take pictures of what I wear (of course, only if it looks good) So here you go-
^ Shirt from Kohls, Jeans from Abercrobie and Fitch, Coverse
While watching Hannah Montana (drastic change of subject) I realized that someone would have to be really stupid not to see that Miley and Hannah are the same people. The voice, the face, the height; everything is identical execpt for their hair. I'm sure even a few stupid people could figure it out.
Sorry for all of the abrupt subject changes, but for future reference, when I start a new paragraph you can assume I'm changing the subject.
For a very long time I have had a song on my iPod that is completely in Spanish. (thank you, free section on iTunes) I refuse to google what the lyrics are in english because I want to figure it out eventually. I was so freaking proud of myself because today in Spanish class we learned how to say the years (ex. 2010) and I realized that I knew what she was saying because, ironically, the title of the song is a year. And now I think I should share the video.
Today my friend Lizzie and I went on a little hike out in the woods behind our neighborhood. I got a few pretty pictures, here they are- (click on the pictures to see them larger)
^ I love the colors in this one and the one below it. Fall is so pretty.
^There's this weird old tractor out in the woods. I guess recently some teenagers decided they were cool and went out to spray paint the whole thing which is really sad because it is super old. Also all the trees around it have those question marks on it.
The executives of Kohl's (the store) are geniuses. They figured out that if you make everyone think that they're saving a bunch of money, they will continue to shop at your store. Really, all they're doing is making the prices super high and then marking them back down to normal making it look like they are on "sale". Sales executives of Kohl's, I applaud you.
If you didn't already know, my school is doing the play Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. This kinda inspired me to look at what the people from the original movie look like now. Here's some comparisons-
^Charlie Bucket a.k.a. Peter Ostrum
^Violet Beauregarde a.k.a. Denise Nickerson
^Augustus Goop a.k.a. Michael Bollner
^ Veruca Salt a.k.a. Julie Dawn Cole
^ Mike Teevee aka Paris Themmen

Am I the only person who thinks facebook is getting really old? I think the internet would be more fun if everyone had a blog. It's a lot more personal and more interesting the the constant status updates that do nothing but inform you that your friend Sally is "eating cereal and then heading to the mall." Really people, no one cares.
I know that the title sounds creepy. I'm really horrible at coming up with titles that are actually good.
Facebook has failed to provide any inspiration on what to write about today, so unfortunately I'm going to have to put some effort into this.
I think this is a great time for the pictures that have been on my camera for centuries that I have just been too lazy to post.
^ From the left- Me (as a nerd), and my friends Katie and Rayne. By the way, the only reason I look like that is because it was the Halloween dance. Because I'm not a nerd in real life (*cough cough*)
^ Some random kid dressed up as Mario. He looked lonely so we talked to him
^ Just a picture of my Christmas tree I have in my room. Close ups are always more fun. :) (Oh and by the way, don't judge me because I already have my tree up. It's a miracle that I waited until after Halloween. )
Like it? That's my "LOOK HERE" sign. Go ahead. Try not to be jealous. Now to the reason I'm using it- I would love to have one of those advice thingies where people can post something they need advice on anonymously and then I can say what I think they should do. I'm going to (write after I publish this) start a poll. If 10 people think I should, then it will happen.
I'm in the middle of watching "Shutter Island" so I don't have time to write much. I just wanted to say that I would love to be like one of those advice columnist people who tell people what they should do. So please comment if you think I should :)
It's 8:10 at night and I am just now typing up today's post. (did you know- lazy in Spanish is "perezoso". I actually learned something in Spanish today.)
Have any of you seen the Special K cereal commercial for the chocolate cereal? In case you haven't, it shows a lady who is craving chocolate and they say that now you can have your chocolate fix without "undoing your whole day". Well, sorry to break it to you Special K, but this isn't going to make anyone stop craving chocolate-
If you want a chocolate fix, I would go strait to this if I were you-
See? Isn't that better? What kind of crazy person would want cereal instead of this?
Alright, speaking of crazy people, can someone please tell me if this is weird- Halloween was yesterday, and I'm already very tempted to put up my mini-Christmas Tree in my room. Is that strange? I hope not, because that's probably what I'm going to do after writing this.
Alright well I'm out of ideas so it would help a lot if some of you guys would comment with stuff I should write about. That would be SO AMAZING if someone would.
Always,
Abby Noel
P.S. Natalie, if you're reading this, the audio on the video we made is really bad so we'll have to take it again on wednesday before I can post it.
